Can’t make the pick-up window? No problem. Someone else can collect for you with your confirmation email.

Please send payment within 24 hours to secure your cookie box. Your order is confirmed once payment has been made.

Frequently asked questions

  • Our cookies are made fresh and aren’t packed with preservatives. That said, each cookie is heat sealed for maximum shelf life, meaning they’ll remain fresh for two weeks before starting to change in texture and taste.

    If you don’t think you’ll consume them within two weeks, we recommend sticking them in the freezer as soon as you receive them, after which you can enjoy them for up to 1 month! Reheat instructions are included in your box.

  • All orders are pickup only and take place in Santa Venera during the scheduled time listed at checkout.

    Exact pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed

  • The weekly menu drops on Sundays

    Orders open every Monday at 9am via instagram link (in bio and on stories) or directly from this page

  • Your order is officially confirmed if you receive a confirmation email.

    Payment must be sent within 24 hours (after one reminder). If not, your order will be cancelled

  • Absolutely! If you wish to place a larger order, please email me at hello@byamybakes.com on Sunday before the pre order drop.

  • Currently I don’t offer delivery. All orders are pick up only.
